Masoor Dal
Core Ingredient: Masoor dal [Soak for 30-45 mins, Add Turmeric and Salt, Pressure Cook till 4 whistles]
Other Vegetables: Cumin, Green Chili, Ginger, Tomato [Take Oil in a pan and saute them]
Indian Masala: Chili & Coriander Powder, Lemon Juice, Garam Masala [Add to the pan above and cook for 3-4 mins]
[Add Tadka to Dal and pressure cook again till 1-2 whistles]
Garnish: With Coriander Leaves and Tomato
Serving Style: Serve with Rice
