Use remaining chickpeas curry (Indian Style) from the last meal and cook it again till thick consistancy…
Get the Pillsbury Thins Pizza Crust Dough pack… unroll it on a baking sheet… bake it for 5 mins in 500 F preheated oven… let it cool at room temperature.
Top pizza base with thick gravy, cheese, onion, bell pepper and cooked chickpeas. Bake it for another 10 minutes.
Let pizza cool for a few minutes, then slice and serve.
Egg Asparagus Casserole
Gently steam asparagus pieces for approximately 3 minutes, remove from heat and set aside.
In a large bowl, break eggs and whisk gently. Add Salt and Pepper to taste.
Spray your casserole dish with butter. Place chopped asparagus and spring onion on the base. Pour egg mixture into prepared casserole dish.
Bake at 375F for 35 minutes, until the casserole is lightly browned and a bit puffy.
Veggie Sandwich on Ciabatta Bread
Saute Onions with little bit Sugar… Add Green Bell Pepper, Celery, Cabbage, Carrots and cook for 2-3 minutes.
Add Pesto, Salt for the flavor and top it with Cheese.
Cut Cucumber round slices and put it on the Ciabatta bread along with cooked veggies as shown in the pic… for more taste top it with Sweet Relish Dressing.

Core Ingredients: Kidney Beans [Soak for all most 5-6 hours, Pressure cook till 7-8 whistles]
Other Ingredients: Onion, Ginger [Stir fry both items in oil with Cumin seeds], Green Chili, Garlic, Tomatoes [Grind till puree in food processor and add to the pan]
Indian Masala: Turmeric, Chili and Coriander powder, Khatai powder, Salt [Add to the pan above, cook it for 2 minutes]
[Add the stir fried Tadka to pressure cooked Rajma… let everything cook for another 10 minutes or pressure cook till 1 whistle]

Core Ingredient: Black-eyed Peas [Soak them for almost 4-5 hours]
Gravy: Onion, Tomatoes, Ginger, Green Chilies and one tea-spoon oil [Grind them until puree]
Indian Masala: Turmeric, Chili and Coriander Powder, Salt [Add Masala, Puree, Soaked Black-eyed peas, water and pressure cook till 5 whistles]
